Refunds and Returns

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. All sales are final.

Every clay item from VisualClayArt is an original, one-of-a-kind creation. Our handcrafted pieces may exhibit unique characteristics such as variations in texture, color, and form. Cracks and seams may be inherent qualities that contribute to the artistry and individuality of each piece.  We carefully inspect each item before shipment to ensure it is structurally sound and durable.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at visualclayart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of all sides of the exterior packaging

Photos of the interior packaging

We will work with you to assess the damage and determine the best course of action.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a special circumstance regarding your order, please contact us at visualclayart@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
